CATCH Physical Activity for Preschoolers:

CATCH Early Childhood (CEC) Physical Activity Box is specifically designed to nurture a love of physical activity early on in children. The curriculum includes developmentally appropriate activities that are easy for teachers to follow in order to lead safe and enjoyable activities for children. Each activity features detailed instructions for how to play the games, includes the skills that are utilized, and lists the equipment needed.

ECE Physical Activity

CATCH is an evidence-based curriculum based on the CDC Whole School, Whole Community, and Whole Child Model in which health education, school environment, and family/community involved work in tandem to support youth in developing a healthy lifestyle. It can be used at before, during, and after-school sites to provide greater access to physical activity. The Early Childhood Education Physical Activity kits serves students in grade Pre-K.
