Up4It!
Program Description
Up4it! – a self-paced curriculum that encourages youth aged 8-12 to consume nutrient-rich foods and to achieve at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day. There are two levels of this curriculum (Level 1 and Level 2) that contain 13 activities each. The curriculum can be used in upper elementary and middle school classrooms, in afterschool programs and with clubs such as the 4-H program. Virtual education materials are available for this curriculum.
Our curriculum supports common core knowledge and can be used in many different ways within a classroom setting. Our lessons and activities can be used as a way to teach students nutrition and healthy habits, as well as filler activities within classroom time.
To be part of our program, there is no cost! If you have any questions or would like to contact us!
