Program: Marin Master Gardeners and the Friends of the Novato Library are celebrating National Seed Swap Day. Patrons can get seeds for spring and summer planting, exchange seeds, plant seeds with Master Gardeners and learn what to plant in spring and summer gardens. Children's activities include seed tape, planting in biodegradable pots and making seed balls.
