April Workshop - Pressure Canning

Pressure Canning with Confidence
presented by the UC Northern San Joaquin Master Food Preservers
Learn how to safely pressure can, test your gauge, and pressure can meats and vegetables.

Saturday, April 16, 2016 10:00 am to 2:00pm

Check in begins at 9:30 am, class will begin promptly at
10:00 am and will end at 2:00 pm.

Cost: $25.00
You will make and take home two jars of product:
Chicken and split pea soup

This is a hands-on canning class. You will be on your feet much of the time (though accommodations may be made with prior notice), so please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes.
