Having a dehydrator, and using it, can give you the opportunity to preserve fresh fruits and vegetables for use in the off season. Come join us for a demonstration on how to dehydrate.

Check in begins at 9:30 am. This is a demo only class.

Classes are held at the Robert J. Cabral Agricultural Center, 2101 E. Earhart Ave., Stockton, CA 95206 in the Calaveras Room.
