Registration is now open for our March workshop on Fermentation!
Saturday, March 16th, 2019.
10:00 am to 2:00 pm
(Registration begins at 9:30, class begins at 10 am sharp)
Class fee: $25.00 (lunch is included)
Our hands-on workshop will teach the basic principles of fermentation that will give you the confidence to try new recipes at home. You will be making Kimchi and Sauerkraut to take with you and we will demo how to prepare your own Kombucha starter.
Classes are held at the Robert J. Cabral Agricultural Center, 2101 E. Earhart Ave., Stockton, CA 95206 in the Calaveras Room.
