Sometimes it’s just TOO hot in the kitchen to preserve one more jar. What’s the alternative? Freezer Jams!
Does the word curd at the end of anything make your stomach turn? Then you have not tried Lemon Curd! One of the most delicious toppings for scones, or just eaten right from the jar!

Classes are held at the Robert J. Cabral Agricultural Center, 2101 E. Earhart Ave., Stockton, CA 95206 in the Calaveras Room.
