It is lemon season. If you have a tree it is loaded with fruit and even if you don’t have a tree yourself suddenly bags and boxes of lemons are appearing everywhere you go. Come to our January workshop and learn how to store your lemons and how to preserve some of the lemony goodness for later use. We will be making a Lemon Ginger Marmalade and a wonderful Lemon Curd to keep in your freezer.
Bring an apron and be ready for this hands on class.

Check in begins at 9:30 am. Class begins at 10 am sharp.
Classes are held at the Robert J. Cabral Agricultural Center, 2101 E. Earhart Ave., Stockton, CA 95206 in the Calaveras Room.
