Infused Oil & Vinegar: Saturday, February 17 from 10 am - 2 pm. There are safe ways to make fruit infused vinegars and herb infused oils in small batches for us in your kitchen or gifts to friends and family. You will make your own oil and vinegar to take home. All handouts and materials will be provided. Cost: $25.00
