Preserving Peaches

Peaches are a delicious fruit that are “in season,” at their best quality and, often, best price in late summer.

Join us for July's class on preserving peaches. We will make Zesty Peach Salsa and Peach BBQ Sauce that you will get to take home and enjoy all year long.

Registration begins at 9:30 am, class begins promptly at 10 am. Please wear comfortable shoes and bring an apron. If you have long hair, please bring something to pull it back with.
