The tomato harvest is in full swing during the later summer months, and in our region we are fortunate to have full and easy access to this incredible and versatile fruit.
Whether you buy tomatoes at a local fruit stand or market or have an abundance in the garden, there are many ways to preserve tomatoes. Don't miss out on this months class. We are making (and taking) Spicy Tomato Jam and Herbed Seasoned Tomatoes.
