Master Food Preserver classes at the Smart Gardening Conference!

Have you heard? Registration is open for 1 more week! Classes will fill up and seating is limited so don't wait to register! Master Food Preservers will be teaching 4 classes; Food Preservation 101, Making Sauerkraut, Dehydrating Basics and Making Jelly from Juice. You can sign up for all Master Food Preserver Classes or mix and match preserving and gardening. Registration is only $25.00! This event will take the place of our regular Saturday workshop.
Our keynote speaker will be Marlene Simon the "Plant Lady" who is the staff horticulturist at the UC Davis Botanical Conservatory. Marlene can also be found bi-monthly on Good Day Sacramento where she is known as “The Plant Lady”. Her garden column is in the Sacramento Bee bimonthly. In addition, she has a podcast called Flower Power Garden Hour where she talks with guests on all things plants and gardening.
