Pressure canning Learn how to safely make and preserve low-acid foods at home such as vegetables, meats, dried beans, and mixed foods using a pressure canner. Learn what the difference is between a pressure canner and a pressure cooker and what foods need to be preserved using a pressure canner.
Freezing is one of the easiest forms of preserving food. It reduces food waste, saves money and allows you to have quick quality produce on hand at all times. We will cover tips to give you the best quality product and you will learn different ways to freeze produce.
This will be an informative workshop complete with tips and techniques for success. Recipes will be included.
