Don't forget to register for tonight's class on preserving stone fruit!
Hi there,
As you may know, the Preserving Stone Fruits class that was supposed to be held on Saturday, June 19th did not happen. The UC servers were down and the hosts were not able to log into our UC Zoom account to start the meeting. We have rescheduled the class to this coming Tuesday, July 6th, at 6:30 pm. Registration will be required again to receive the new zoom link. If you cannot make it, the class will be recorded and will be available on our website. You can find all of our class recordings and handouts here.

Our July class is on Saturday, July 17th at 10:00 am and is all about pickling. Pickling is a great way to preserve but did you know you can pickle more than just cucumbers?!? How about pickled pumpkin, beets or cherries. We will cover the basics of pickling along with some unique items that can be preserved by pickling.
