It's strawberry season and a great time to make strawberry jam! Traditional jam and jelly has a lot of sugar in it. This class will focus on how to safely make low-sugar strawberry jam (that can be applied to other fruits as they come into season). We will watch MFP Linda make strawberry jam (in a pre-recorded video) and then Linda will be available to answer any questions you may have.Register in advance for this meeting: Registration Link
