Summertime Salsa

It is August and beautiful ripe tomatoes and peppers are available at the local farmers' markets and fruit stands or maybe even in your own garden. It's a great time to make and preserve homemade salsa. This approved recipe lets you safely choose the flavors you want in your salsa and enjoy them year-round.
