The holidays are approaching and there are so many wonderful things you can make in your kitchen to give as gifts. We will be covering chutney and jelly from juice.
Chutney is a condiment of chopped fruits, vinegar, spices, and sugar cooked into a chunky spread. It is excellent with many types of meat, delicious as a spread or fruit dip, and adds a fantastic spice when used as an ingredient in recipes.
We also discuss quick and easy jelly from juice. After this class, you will love knowing how to make jelly from juice! Using bottled juice eliminates the need to make your own, and simplifies the jelly-making process, while keeping all the flavor, and satisfaction of having homemade jelly!
