Fermentation 101 with the UCCE San Joaquin County Master Food Preservers

Do you want to try your hand at sourdough bread? Are you tired of paying money for a bottle of kombucha? Would you like to learn how to make delicious homemade sauerkraut? You can learn how to do all these things at our February Fermentation workshop. Space is limited to 12 participants so sign up today! Cost is $35.00 and all participants will be taking sauerkraut home with them. If you have any questions, please call 209-953-6100.
Please bring a clean apron and tie long hair back. The class will be held at the Master Food Preserver Office (located in the Cabral Agricultural Center) located at 2101 E. Earhart Ave. Stockton, 95206. Check-in begins at 8:45, the class will start promptly at 9:00 am.
