Strawberry season is here! Come join our San Joaquin Master Food Preservers on Saturday, May 20 from 9:00 am till noon (sign in at 8:30) as we learn about some of the many ways to preserve strawberries. We will be making both regular and low sugar strawberry jam for you to sample and take home.The preservation processes we teach may be used with other high acid products such as jellies and pickles.Class size will be 12 and cost $25
