Summer is here and so are the tomatoes! Our August hands-on class will feature different ways that you can safely preserve tomatoes to enjoy year-round. Class attendees will make and preserve a fresh salsa that can be enjoyed anytime of the year.
Class is limited to 12 people. Advance registration is required. Please tie long hair back and bring an apron if you have one. Questions? Please call 209-953-6100.
