Under a collaborative program, agencies and organizations are working together to determine the distribution, impact and possible prevention methods of tree mortality caused by SAPW.

Complete the survey linked below and include any photos of infestation symptoms your palm may have.

Requested Photos:

• A photo of the entire tree
  (so we can get a sense of its overall condition, size, and species)

• Photos of SAPW signs and symptoms
  (Example: pupal casings, pupal or adult SAPW, feeding damage on fronds or basal sheaths)
