Structure

The Southern California Urban Wildlife Management Council is not a local government agency but will operate, to the best of its ability, as an open meeting and discussion forum under the Brown Act. Meetings will be held at the South Coast Research and Extension Center, 7601 Irvine Blvd., Irvine, CA, 92618.  Meetings will be advertised on the Council’s webpage/blog and will be open to the public if they wish to attend. We do not anticipate that this association will have any enforcement or regulatory power.
