Our annual HI 4-H Winter Camp is scheduled for Friday, January 17-20, 2025 at Camp Sylvester in Pinecrest CA. HI 4-H Winter Camp is open to all Hi 4-H members (grades 8 on up) and friends. Activities include ice skating, skiing, snowboarding, and other 4-H educational and recreational activities. We will be departing from Oakdale on Friday (5:30pm) and returning on Monday (about 12noon) dropping off at the same location (Old K-mart parking lot). 

 Because we need to make transportation arrangements, we are asking for your registration and fees to be paid via credit card at the end of your registration, mailed or dropped off at the Stanislaus 4-H county office no later than January 7, 2025 (make checks payable to Stanislaus County HI 4-H). No show NO refund. To receive a full refund, you must cancel by January 13, 2025. To cancel call the 4-H office at (209) 525-6801. All out-of-county 4-H members will be required to send a chaperone for every 5 participants that will attend.

 All non-4-H members must register on ZSuites before participating in Winter Camp. All adult staff and chaperones must be enrolled and have completed the 4-H enrollment process prior to camp (including the overnight online training). Winter Camp Registration fees:

4-H Members in or out of county $140.00

4-H Member who worked a Milk Bar shift $120.00

4-H Member who worked as a Mild Bar Day shift $110.00

4-H Member who worked was a Milk Bar Manager $100

Non-4-H Member $225

Non-4-H Member who worked a Milk Bar shift $200.00

Note:

You will also be required to purchase tickets for activities (ticket to ice skate or tube, lift ticket for skiers and boarders, etc.)

There will be plenty of free activities as well: games, sledding (we have sleds at camp), snowball fights, snowman building, and so much more!
