2024 HI 4-H Winter Camp

Our annual HI 4-H Winter Camp is scheduled for Friday, February 2-4, 2024 at Camp Sylvester in Pinecrest, CA. HI 4-H Winter Camp is open to all 4-H members, 8th grade and up. You can bring a friend or family member as long as they are in the 8th grade and up. They are required to enroll in 4-H before going to camp.

We are asking any 4-H volunteers to please consider either driving kids to camp or volunteering to chaperone. You MUST be a 4-H volunteer or have completed all new volunteer requirements before going to camp. All volunteers who will be chaperoning must take the UC State 4-H Overnight Chaperone course the enrollment key for that course is OCEStan. 

Activities will ice skating, skiing, snowboarding, and other 4-H educational and recreational activities. We will be departing from the Modesto Ag center office at 5:30 PM and the Oakdale K-mart parking lot at 6 PM on Friday and returning on Sunday afternoon dropping off at the same two locations. 

Because we need to make transportation arrangements, we are asking for your registration and fees to be paid via credit card at the end of your registration, mailed or dropped off at the Stanislaus 4-H county office no later than January 24, 2024 (make checks payable to Stanislaus County HI 4-H). No show NO refund. All out-of-county 4-H members will be required to send a chaperone for every 7 participants that will attend.

All non-4-H members must register at https://4h.zsuite.org/ before participating in Winter Camp. All adult staff and chaperones must be enrolled and have completed the 4-H enrollment process before camp. Winter Camp Registration fees:

4-H Members in and out of county $100.00

4-H Member who worked a Milk Bar shift $90.00

4-H Member who worked as a Mild Bar Day shift $80.00

Non-4-H Member $165

Non-4-H Member who worked a Milk Bar shift $155.00
