This version has a bulleted list of annual reports.  Each of those is hyperlinked to a "daughter" page with an ANR repository collection as an asset.

positives: I like the way this looks, both the left hand navigation with the daughter pages and also keeps the list of reports for each year separately.

negatives: takes a couple extra webpage-making steps - first make separate daughter pages, then create the hyperlink to the parent page list, then add the appropriate repository collection as an asset in the appropriate daughter page.

So far, I think I like this one best even though it takes slightly more work - that is a one-time problem, not recurring. BDH
