Vertebrate Pest Conference Sponsorships and Exhibits
Exhibitors
The cost for a Commercial Exhibit for the 30th VPC will be $945 for one table. This cost will also include the registration fee for one individual. If you would like a second table, this will be an additional $75 fee.
Sponsorship
Silver Sponsors
- General Sponsor at $250 - $750: Your company’s name in the conference program.
Gold Sponsors
- Poster Session Sponsor at $1,000: Prominent signage featuring your company’s name and logo at the poster session and your company’s name in the conference program.
- Refreshment Break Sponsor at $1,250 each (six available): Prominent signage featuring your company’s name and logo at the break location and your company’s name in the conference program.
- Field Trip Lunch at $1,250: Your company’s logo on the field trip agenda and company’s name in the conference program.
Platinum Sponsors
- Portfolio Sponsor at $2,500: Includes your company’s flyer on the inside of the portfolio (given to each conference attendee), signage with your company’s name and logo in the registration area, and your company’s name in the conference program.
- Speaker’s Breakfast Sponsor at $3,000: Includes prominent signage featuring your company’s name and logo at the breakfast, signage with your company’s name and logo in the registration area, and your company’s name in the conference program.
- Evening Reception Sponsor at $5,000: Includes prominent signage featuring you company’s name and logo at the reception, signage with your company’s name and logo in the registration area, and your company’s name in the conference program.
