Focus will be on how to help youth handle conflict by teaching staff and volunteers: How to identify and classify conflicts and difficulties including; know their personal triggers and how to keep calm in trying situations; learn strategies for effective conflict management including resources and support. This session will help volunteers learn ways to deal with conflict in order to be a positive role model and mentor to youth when they are dealing with their own difficulties.
