Become an exhibitor!
Register today as an exhibitor and receive an opportunity to reach 300-500 leaders and youth who are leaders in the 4-H youth development programs in the western states!
Breaks, breakfasts and one lunch as well as activities, including a silent auction, are scheduled to be held in the exhibit area.
Exhibit days/times
Friday, March 2
- Set up begins at 7 AM
- Exhibit area opens at 9 AM with walk through by conference chair
- Closes at 5:30 PM
Saturday, March 3
- Opens 7 AM
- Closes at 5 PM
- Tear down and depart from 5-6 PM
Included in the $599 registration fee
- 1 table and 2 chairs
- Registration for 2 days for one person which includes 2 light breakfasts, 2 morning and afternoon snacks, and one lunch.
$175 fee for additional exhibitors
