Oak symposium calls for abstracts
The 7th California Oak Symposium: Managing Oak Woodlands in a Dynamic World will be held Nov. 3-6 at the Visalia Convention Center.
Abstracts are requested for oral presentations and posters on scientific studies or management case studies on any aspect of oak woodland management, ecology and conservation in California. May 15 is the deadline to submit abstracts. Each abstract will be reviewed for technical merit by a peer-review committee, and accepted abstracts will be notified by July 1, 2014. See the list of sessions at http://ucanr.edu/sites/oaksymposium/Call_for_Abstracts.
