Overnight at the Ranch

Elkus Ranch offers overnight opportunities to schools and organized, insured, incorporated youth groups with their leaders and chaperones. Groups will stay in platform tents or in their own tents on Elkus Ranch property and provide their own food, bedding and flashlights.  Three adult leaders per group please. 

Payment and confirmation of participant numbers will be needed at least 2 weeks before the arrival date.  No refunds for reduced numbers of participants.   More participants may be added within the 2-week window with prior notice.

Use of the Conference Center kitchen is not included in overnights but may be added for a fee of $150 per night (2 hours of kitchen rental).

Kitchen supplies are limited to a minimum of:

• Set ups for at least 50 people: plates, forks knives, spoons, cups
• 8 pots, 8 pizza pans, 8 cookie sheets, 8 mixing/serving bowls of various sizes
• 1 colander, serving and mixing implements.

There is no automatic dishwasher on site.  All kitchen supplies should be hand washed, dried and returned to their original location.

Available Mondays through Saturdays 10am-9am

Day 1:

• Morning educational program with a tour 10am-12:00pm
• Break for lunch
• Afternoon ranch chores 1:00-3:00pm

Day 2:

• Departure at 9am the following morning
