Forbes appointed interim director of Publishing, other Publications contacts

Linda Forbes has been appointed interim director of Publishing, assuming many of the responsibilities held by Jim Downing, who is leaving UC ANR for a new job in Oakland. His last day is March 4. These duties are in addition to Linda's role as Strategic Communications director.
