Negotiated Indemnification Agreements

The University of California has long-term agreements in place with a number of Joint Powers Authorities, educational institutions, state government, or other quasi-governmental agencies. These agreements establish the legal rights and responsibilities of both parties and make it unnecessary to negotiate specific terms and conditions in agreements with each agency, campus, or member of the JPA or association (i.e. school districts, CSU campus, fair boards, etc.).
