Hello ANR!

As you know, the move to the new ANR building is nearly upon is.  I wanted to let you know how this move will affect our customers.

• Beginning Friday November 1st, the Help Desk will be closed and all IT staff will be unavailable.  This is to allow staff to pack up their offices and prepare for the move.
• Monday November 4th all of IT will be completely off-line as everything will be loaded on a truck to move across the freeway.  No communication access on this day.
• Tuesday November 5th - Friday November 8th we will be available on our new phone numbers (to be posted soon) for emergency assistance.  We will not be available for routine help.
• Tuesday November 12th we will be back on-line available to assist our clients.

Web sites will not be affected by this move at all.
