The ANR Repository, your long-term document archive, is getting more attention than ever. Site Builders across the state have been quickly and quietly plucking choice images from Repository using the collection tool and built-in SB3 asset. Well, it's time to end the silence and show off some of these connections!
New to the Repository's view page is a document usage section. It will report usage of files automatically if that file is part of a collection that is used on an active Site Builder 3 page (please note: the automatic connection is only made if the Repository Asset is used).
There is also another section that allows us to enter other types of usage. ANR publications, PowerPoint presentations, County Fair posters, video presentations, etc. Any type of usage can be captured! There's even a space to include a link to the usage, if a link exists.
If you use a document from the Repository that is not in a Repository Asset, show the author/photographer that you appreciate their work by taking the time to record your usage.
