“How to” articles need to be

1. Credible (ie., Technically correct), and

2. Relevant. That means they must be

2.1 Simply and well written - easy for the audience to understand

Tip. Check your documents using the MicroSoft Word readability option.

Aim for minimal passive language, a high readability index and a grade level of 8 or less.

2.2 Appropriate for the users conditions , and

2.3 Clearly written for correct implementation (Articles should include (as appropriate): Why, How, What, When and Who.

Articles must be reviewed by at least one colleague.
