Digital Diagnosis

Electronic images play an increasing role in pest and plant disease diagnosis.

UC Cooperative Extension Advisor, Jim Downer receives many of these images. In an effort to provide “technical, practical and ethical guidelines for this kind of diagnosis”, he has written the following suggestions.
