Webinar License

Do I need a Zoom Webinar license?

The Zoom accounts for all ANR staff can host Meetings with up to 300 participants.  This is typically more than enough to cover most meetings.

However, if you have a meeting with more than 300 participants, you may request a temporary Webinar license.  ANR has a "Webinar 500" license (500 attendees) which can be applied to your account on a meeting-by-meeting basis.  

Zoom Webinars have slightly different functionality than standard Zoom meetings.

How to acquire a Zoom Webinar license and pricing

An ANR unit can purchase its own annual Zoom Webinar license. To so, please provide ANR Director level approval and a UC account number.  There are associated costs for a Zoom Webinar license.
