Before you begin:

  1. Have your lodging confirmation code from the Crowne Plaza on hand. Lodging reservation information can be found here.
  2. Review Wed. and Thurs. tour options and be ready to make your selections and pay for tours. 

What's included in registration

  • All conference program activities
  • Thursday: Welcome Dinner
  • Friday: Light breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner on the USS Midway with tours and simulators (inc. bus transportation to and from)
  • Saturday: Light breakfast and snacks
  • Sunday Brunch
  • Participant materials

Please note that lodging is NOT included in the registration fee.

Tours are subject to change based on interest. Times listed are approximate times and could change slightly. Dude, we're gonna chill here and go with the flow.

Wed., Feb. 28: Disney Youth Education Series
(for teens and their chaperones only)

All-day tours: Bus departs hotel at 7:30 AM and returns at 8-9 PM (total in transit time is 4-5 hours)

Section 6: UC Tour Waiver

If you are attending any tour (February 28 or March 1) or the U.S.S. Midway dinner (March 2), please follow the below directions to complete the required waiver. This is in addition to any waivers required by the tour operator.

1. Click here to download a form.
2. Either print out the form and physically sign, or adobe certify sign your form. 
3. Scan and email your completed form to wrlf2018@ucanr.edu.

Waivers must be received within two weeks of submitting this form.

Section 7: Payment and Cancellation Information

ATTN: If paying by credit card, Do NOT enter your credit card information on this screen.

Select a payment type, click "Proceed to Payment Section," and follow the instructions on the following page for submitting your credit card information, check, or other form of payment.

If a payment type does not appear, please review your selections to ensure that you have clicked the boxes beside the appropriate fees. Payment type will not appear if you have not made those selections.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Requests received before January 15, are refundable for 50% of registration fee plus a $25 processing fee.
  • Requests received after January 14 through February 14 are refundable for 25% of registration fee plus a $25 processing fee.
  • No refunds for cancellations after February 14.
  • Registrations may be transferred to a substitute registrant if the original registrant cannot attend. Substitution requests must be received by February 14.
