2018-2019 Club Limits & Waiting List Protocols

 

If your 4-H club limits the number of members or families that may enroll, as established in your club bylaws & constitution, the limit number must be abided by for the 2018-2019 program year, unless you received approval from 4-H staff to reduce or increase your numbers and the change was voted on by the club membership before the end of the 2017-2018 program year. 

All clubs with limits are required to annually submit a limit letter, this year, due no later than July 25, 2018.

Clubs must maintain a waiting list to fill spaces as they become available. 

Waiting lists must be kept current and uploaded monthly beginning Sept. 1 and then uploaded the 1st of each month thereafter.

Those who do not have any changes from month to month, do not have to upload the waiting list but, will have to check 'no changes' each month.
