-Specie specific break out groups - Beef presented by Tracy Schor, Sheep presented by Montana Beck, Goats presented by TBD, Swine presented by Haydn Clement. Covering subjects such as: selection, Vet, Fitting, Showing, Daily Care, Marketing you project, Meat,Thank You Letters, Financing, Insurance, Etc. Feeds & Feeding presentations by feeds professionals.
-Talk by Mike Spiker, CDFA Livestock and Dr. Dennis Wilson, CDFA State Vet in charge of Antimicrobial Use & Stewardship
-Knowledge & Judging Classes Contest
-Talk By Haydn Clement of CSU, Chico Meats on Meats/Grading/Carcass Evaluation and Explanation
