General Information: All participants must have a signed waiver of liability.  These forms can be found at Please bring this form on the day of the program.  Parents are welcome to stay for the program but will be required to sign a waiver of liability/photo release (this form will be available at the program).

Payment: The cost of the program is $15 per participant. We accept CASH ONLY.  Please bring exact change as we will not have any change available on the premises.
