Dodge the raindrops and join us for a morning of learning and hands-on pruning practice.
UCCE Master Gardeners of Orange County will be holding our annual rose pruning workshop at Heritage Museum in Santa Ana on Saturday, January 23rd at 9 AM.
Our speaker will be Kathy Monge, president of the Orange County Rose Society. She will tell you all you need to know about growing healthy roses. Afterwards, you can practice your pruning skills in the rose garden, guided by Master Gardeners.
Blacksmiths will be on hand to sharpen garden tools for free (limit 2). The lecture will take place in a covered area if it rains.
