Community Gardens! What a concept!
You all know about the fantastic community garden here at UCI called Anthill Village.
A place where all facets of the University can till the land and produce a sustainable garden and food-growing environment. This is just one example of what a “community” can accomplish in terms of creating a successful garden.
This week on In the Garden with UC Master Gardeners, KUCI Host and Master Gardener Mark Fierle talks with fellow MG Mary Lou Ledgerwood about how to use best practices in maintaining a community garden.
