Does Neem Oil have any affect at this time of year?

Hi Thomas,  
At this time of year, or at least after bud break, no pesticides will be effective. If you have a neem oil product that list peach leaf curl as one of the diseases/pests in can be used against, then it's fine to use during the dormant season. Oils alone have not shown to work as well at controlling peach leaf curl. Our Peach Leaf Curl Pest Notes is currently being updated and the authors will add any new science on oils and fungicide efficacy.
