I just wanted to remind everyone to please register for the workshop titled Monterey County Rangeland Carbon Sequestration: Ranchers and Rangelands Are Part of the Climate Change Solution. This is a great opportunity to learn about the latest science, share your thoughts, and help inform Monterey County's Climate Action Plan.

Time: 9:00 am to 2:30 pm
Location: This is a hybrid event. You can join virtually by Zoom or you can join in person at the UC Cooperative Extension conference room in Salinas, located at:
1432 Abbot Street
Salinas, CA 93901
Cost: Free, lunch is included for in-person participants. A maximum of 80 people will be able to participate in-person.
Registration Deadline: September 14 for in-person attendees. This registration deadline is so we can work with the caterer to have enough food for everyone.
For people attending via Zoom, the registration deadline is September 21.
