UC ANR 4-H Professionals Conference

Welcome!

We are pleased to present the 2022 California 4-H professionals conference, and we’re looking forward to reconnecting as a team. Everyone is welcome and invited to attend the full conference Tuesday, August  9 through Thursday, August 11. The following team members are encouraged to attend the full conference:

• 4-H CES
• 4-H and YFC Advisors
• 4-H Academic Coordinators
• 4-H Statewide Program Managers
• 4-H Regional Program Coordinators
• State 4-H Office

If you are a County Director and have limited time to participate, we would encourage you to attend Tuesday, August 9. Likewise, if you are 4-H Support Staff and have limited time to participate, we would encourage you to attend Wednesday, August 10.

Conference Goals:

• Build Team
• Build understanding of the 4-H strategic plan
• Build understanding of the new 4-H staffing plan 
• Define and clarify roles
• Provide educational resources to grow and sustain the program
