Introduction
The ANR Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT) is a multidisciplinary, “rapid response team” whose purpose is to evaluate, investigate, and respond to incidents of actual or potential workplace violence that may affect members of the UC ANR community. The primary functions of the BIT are to: Investigate – Assess – Advise.
If you have immediate concerns of potential violence in the workplace, contact your local law enforcement agency. To report or discuss general concerns of potential threats or concerning behavior – contact behavior@ucanr.edu and a member of the team will respond.
