Are you prepared for UCPath?

UC Path is the new systemwide HR and payroll system that will serve all UC employees. UC ANR's go-live date is fast approaching.

During the UC ANR Town Hall meeting on January 29, VP Glenda Humiston, AVP Tu Tran and the UCPath project team talked about the changes that are coming, the impact on employees, and the steps everyone can take now to prepare.

Here are the three simple steps you should take now:

1. Enroll in Duo by February 13 ensure access to UC Davis systems, including Time Reporting and AggieTravel.
2. Update your home address in At Your Service Online. If you receive paper paychecks, it is important to make sure your home address is correct before March 1 since you will receive your paycheck by mail. Beginning in April, paper paychecks will be sent by the U.S. Postal Service and will arrive after payday.
3. Enroll in Direct Deposit if you're currently receiving a paper paycheck. If you already have direct deposit for your UC paycheck, it will continue in UCPath.
