Roasted Veggie Medley
Chopped carrots, potatoes, broccoli, olive oil, salt, and pepper
Bake at 375F until browned.
Instructions
1. Chop vegetables and place in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil, and add salt and pepper.
2. Mix together.
3. Pour contents on a baking pan, and bake at 375F until browned (30-40 minutes). Mix periodically.
