Martialing Your Inner Resources for Better Extension Practice

Whether working with 4-H’ers or farmers or finance managers, building and maintaining good relationships with the people we work with is the secret sauce of extension work. While it can be a joy, it can also be a challenge, particularly when dealing with contentious issues. Come build your toolbox for relationship work as a key extension practice through a series of interactive, experiential exercises aimed at increasing your capacity to work with conflict and strong emotions, listen actively, and self-reflect.
