Hello, I would like to ask you if you please can tell me where can I find these type of flowers because I would like to visit them and take pictures. I live in Fresno and I am not sure if you have some available in this area or only in the Sacramento county. I appreciate your help and time, too.

Sunflower varieties are proprietary and you would have to contact the different companies for seed.

Nice write up on sun flower, can I possibly raise these flowers in Nigeria please, and do you have any outlet that I can source the hybrid seed from? Please I need your definite answer and advise on this because I am thinking of going into an industrial production. Also I will be glad if I can have an idea of much it cost to raise sunflower per acreage. Thanks

My wife last week was diagnosed with Follicular B-Cell Lymphoma.
One of the alternative method to fight with cancer is to use certain quality of sunflower oil.

We are looking for Unrefined Organic Sunflower oil with:
- more than 60% linoleic Fatty acid;
- 590-600 mg/kg alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E);
- more than 0.2% Phosfates.
We live in California, USA.
Do you know manufacturer of Sunflower oil with quality we are looking for?
Thanks, Alex Gordon.

Seed sellers are listed on the National Sunflower Association Website, https://www.sunflowernsa.com/
Also, there is a cost of production study on the North Dakota State University for production of commercial sunflower.

Still a solid post in 2020, just shared with the family as we drove past a field in Dixon.
